DELIVERY POLICY

Amos Industries makes every effort to ensure orders are dispatched as soon as possible, and in most instances, this means same day or next business day dispatch, but we cannot absolutely guarantee firm delivery dates and times.

If there is an unavoidable delay with your order, we will contact you to keep you updated but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery.

If the delay is with our chosen freight provider though, we are unable to provide you notifications in relation to this but are willing to work with you to identify why it’s happening.

We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate courier for your order and in doing so, consider weight, delivery address and any specific requests you make. We currently use Couriers Please, Aramex, Australia Post, TNT and Sendle to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible.

Please ensure your delivery address has a secure location or someone available to receive your order as not all couriers require a signature upon delivery. Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery, and we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
