We have a wide variety of high-performance drilling tools, including our cobalt and black oxide drill bits.
COBALT RANGE
Our cobalt range includes jobber series, reduced shank, double ended, imperial and long series drill bits. With a 135° split point, cobalt drill bits are suitable for harder materials. Self centering and long lasting, our cobalt drill bits have a standard helix, right hand spiral. These are general purpose engineering and fabrication drill bits, suitable for stainless steel, hardened steel, tapping and precision drilling. The added cobalt ensures heat resistance and resistance to wear. Due to their unique hardness, cobalt drill bits will not flex and are unforgiving, especially if used in a battery drill therefore we advise caution when using cobalt drill bits under 6mm with a hand held drill.
Sizing ranges from 1mm to 15mm, with drill bits over 13mm determined as reduced shank. The jobber series are available as single items or in discounted packs of 5, 10 or 20.
Our imperial range is available in sizing 3/64 through to 1/2 and sold as single items or in discounted packs of 5, 10 or 20.
Also available in discounted packs of 5, 10 or 20 or as single items are our long series – 1/8, 9/64, 5/32, 11/64, 3/16 and 13/64 – and double ended drill bits in 1/8, 9/64 and 5/32.
BLACK OX RANGE
The black oxide range includes metric, imperial and reduced shank drill bits. Our drill bits are manufactured using industrial grade HSS material. With a 135° split point, these drill bits offer good flexibility, excellent lubricity and remain sharp. Our black oxide bits are suitable for engineering, fabrication and commercial trade work, including drilling of plate steels and hardened alloys. Black oxide drill bits are not ideal for tapping or precise drilling given their flexible composition.
Available as single items or in discounted packs of 5, 10 or 20, our black oxide metric drill bits range from 1mm – 13mm and 16mm – 30mm. The imperial drill bits include 1/8, 9/64, 5/32, 11/64, 3/16, 1/4 and 7/64.

When it comes to manufacturing drill bits, ours a second to none. There are several grades of HSS raw material in which to manufacture drill bits, and we only use the highest grade available. We guarantee our drill bits will deliver more performance with less effort, due to faster work progress, better results and longer lifetimes.
